Bio
Born in Bombay, India, in 1941, he immigrated to Israel as a boy in 1956. In 1965 he completed his studies at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem. Ben Avram’s oil paintings and watercolors depict Israeli cities, religious festivals and Bible stories, and include symbols from these themes. His work appears in important collections in the US, Canada, Israel, Panama, Mexico, Brazil and more.
